Privacy notice

Tester (“we”) is responsible for the personal information you give us when you book, pay, sign a waiver, request a quote or chat with us online.

What we collect

Your name, e-mail, phone number, booking details and preferences, payment status (card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us), waiver details and signatures if a waiver is required, and messages you send us. Our online assistant is automated.

Why we use it

To take and manage your booking, send confirmations and reminders, take payment, meet safety and legal requirements, answer your questions and — if you agree or where the law allows — send occasional offers or a review request. You can unsubscribe from those at any time with the link in the e-mail.

Who we share it with

Our booking software provider (Axeclusive Solutions) stores and processes it for us under a data processing agreement, together with our payment and e-mail providers. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for your bookings and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations; then it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it (we keep transaction records the law requires), and you can complain to your local data-protection authority.
