Waiver & Release of Liability

I/We hereby understand and agree to accept the risk of bodily injury and/or property damage which I/we may incur or cause as a result of participating in axe throwing, splatter paint, rage room, virtual reality, dart games, or any other activity (collectively the "Activity") offered at the venue.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the Activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: cuts, bruises, sprains, fractures, eye injuries, and other serious bodily injury or death. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the venue, its owners, operators, employees, agents, volunteers, and all affiliated parties (collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to my participation in the Activity, whether caused by negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost the Releasees may incur as a result of my participation in the Activity.

4. Rules & Safety

I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Activity without refund. I confirm that I am in good health and physical condition to participate.

5. Media Release

I grant permission to use photographs and/or video taken during my participation for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

6. Minor Participants

If any participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete the minor section and provide their signature. By doing so, the parent/guardian agrees to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor participant.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this entire agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
